Centering Prayer is a form of silent prayer, based on traditional contemplative Christian practices. It is a way of cultivating a deeper relationship with God. It doesn’t replace other forms of prayer, but deepens your capacity for all prayer.

Please join our diverse and joyful group as we sit together in silent prayer, share fellowship, and study and discuss teachings related to contemplation and spirituality. Past books and tapes include Open Mind, Open Heart by Fr. Thomas Keating, Everyday Zen by Charlotte Joko Beck, and Common Sense Spirituality by Br. David Steindl-Rast.

No prior experience is required. All are welcome to join us.
